Who we are
Indian Women Empower is a community led initiative of CMRC strengthening the confidence and capability of women from the Indian sub continent community across Australia.
We create safe and opportunity rich environments where women grow, lead and thrive.
Through structured programs and trusted partnerships, we connect women to practical pathways for economic participation and long term success.
We are building confident women and stronger communities.
How We Support Women
We support women through practical, structured programs that strengthen confidence, capability and connection. Our initiatives include leadership workshops, mentoring circles, financial literacy sessions, workforce re entry guidance and wellbeing programs delivered in culturally respectful and supportive environments. We also connect women to trusted community networks, professional opportunities and referral pathways so they can grow, participate fully in economic life and thrive with dignity and confidence.
